Express and regular buses depart from Mien Dong bus station in HCMC to Nha Trang. The express bus trip takes 11 to 12 hours and costs around US$7.
Lien Tinh bus station (tel: 822 192; Add: 23 thang 10 street) is Nha Trang's main intercity bus terminal, and is 500m west of the train station. The short-haul bus station is for local routes only.
The preferred option, chartered minibuses are easy to book at most places where travellers congregate.
